On-Demand Service Platform

The project was created around a common challenge faced by service-based businesses: managing customers, service providers, bookings, and operational workflows across disconnected systems. We designed the platform around three primary user experiences: customers, service providers, and administrators. Customers can discover available services, review provider information, submit requests, schedule bookings, and track their service status. Service providers receive a dedicated workflow for managing incoming requests, updating service status, handling schedules, and maintaining their profiles. This creates a more organized process for accepting and completing service requests. The backend architecture was designed to support secure authentication, role-based access, booking management, service workflows, notifications, and API communication between different parts of the platform. An administrative dashboard provides centralized visibility into customers, providers, bookings, services, and operational activity, allowing the business team to manage the platform from a single location. The result is a scalable foundation for an on-demand service business that can evolve with additional services, integrations, and mobile experiences.
