Yes, we arrange local payment for clients based in Bangladesh. Contact us and we will discuss payment options that work for you, including bank transfers in BDT.

What is included in the discovery workshop?

The discovery workshop is a collaborative session (usually 2-4 hours) where we understand your business goals, map out the features you need, agree on milestones, and define what success looks like. You will come out with a clear project scope and a fixed-bid proposal.

Will I own the code when the project is done?

Yes — 100%. You own all source code, designs, and intellectual property we create for you. We hand over the full codebase in a private GitHub repository at project completion.

The simplest rule: if you have a new idea you want to turn into a product, start with Fixed Project. If you already have a product and need a team to keep building it, go with Dedicated Team. For Fixed Projects, we typically split payments into milestones: 30% upfront, 40% at mid-project delivery, and 30% on final delivery. Dedicated Team and Retainer plans are invoiced monthly in advance.

Yes. Many clients start with a Fixed Project to launch an MVP, then transition to a Dedicated Team once the product gains traction. You can also scale a Dedicated Team up or down with 30 days' notice.

Do you sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements)?

Yes, we sign NDAs before any detailed project discussions. Protecting your idea and business information is important to us. Send us an NDA or we can provide our standard one.

We set up a dedicated Slack channel for every engagement. You'll have daily visibility into progress, weekly demo calls, and a project manager as your single point of contact. No chasing updates — we proactively share everything.

What happens after the project is delivered?

All Fixed Projects include 3 to 6 months of free post-launch support (depending on project scope) for bug fixes. After that, you can continue with a Monthly Retainer for ongoing updates, or come back whenever you need new features. We don't disappear after launch.
